CHILD ABUSE INVESTIGATIONS (AUDIO)

This 110 minute audio course with accompanying study guide is designed to fit the needs of either Child Protection Services investigators, or a police officer in a Sensitive Crimes Unit. The course contains 11 examples of interviews or interrogations in which the listener hears members of our staff portray the concepts that are presented. For easy listening, the course is divided into four segments, each lasting between 20 and 30 minutes.

EMPLOYEE THEFT INVESTIGATIONS (AUDIO)

This 110 minute audio course with accompanying study guide represents the first in a series of audio programs developed by John E. Reid and Associates, Inc. There are five segments to the program, four of which represent different examples of employee theft interrogations. For easy listening the program is divided into five separate training segments, each lasting 15 to 20 minutes.

INTERVIEWING TECHNIQUES FOR HARASSMENT INVESTIGATIONS (AUDIO)

This 3 hour training program offers specific instruction on how to conduct the interview of a complainant and respondent during the harassment investigation. The training is based on 50 years of experience in conducting interviews and offers proven techniques to develop meaningful information to resolve these difficult issues. The training is divided into 5 modules, with an accompanying 69 page Study Guide. Throughout the course, portions of 22 actual harassment interviews (from audio recorded interviews) are presented to illustrate the principles.

SEXUAL ASSAULT INTERROGATION (AUDIO)

This 125 minute audio course with accompanying study guide follows the same successful format as our Employee Theft cassette course. There are six different examples of sexual assault interrogations. For easy listening, the course is divided into seven separate training segments, each lasting between 15 to 20 minutes.

TELEPHONE INTERVIEWING TECHNIQUES (AUDIO)

Many industries such as insurance companies, financial institutions, and credit card companies rely extensively on telephone interviews to conduct their investigations. There are a number of different skills required to conduct telephone interviews versus a face to face interview. For this reason, we contracted with Daniel Marsano, a leading expert in telephone interviewing techniques, to help write this course. This three hour course is our most frequently re-ordered audio course by the same company -- after hearing the course they want to expose the techniques to other divisions or investigators in different locations.
